Money-Back Guarantee: We guarantee to achieve a top 3 ranking for your practice on Google Places. If, for any reason, we fail to achieve this agreed-upon ranking, we will provide a refund to the client proportional to the increase in their Google ranking. This money-back guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Enrollment and Payment: The client must enroll in and pay for our services for a minimum duration of one year. The money-back guarantee applies only to clients who have fulfilled this requirement.

  2. Google Places Ranking: The guarantee applies specifically to achieving a top 3 ranking for your practice on Google Places. If we are unable to meet this target, the refund will be processed as per the refund policy outlined below.

Refund Policy: To initiate a refund claim, the client must notify us in writing within 30 days of the completion of the agreed-upon timeframe. The refund will be processed based on the increase in the client's Google ranking compared to the baseline ranking at the start of our services. The refund amount will be determined proportionally, taking into account the extent of the shortfall in achieving the top 3 ranking.

Stipulation Clause: Please note that any separate agreement signed between the client and Patient Ignite that specifically addresses the terms and conditions outlined herein shall supersede these Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancies or conflicts between the separate agreement and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions set forth in the separate agreement shall prevail.
